Why am I getting charged?

We love being as transparent as possible at Atmosphere TV. 

If you are getting charged your invoice should not only show you the charge amount but also why you were charged. Below is additional information on charges.

$20 charge

Most charges divisible by $20 indicates 'Low Usage Billing'. This means, one or more of your devices may be "at-risk". No worries, you can look into this! 
    • On the main page you will be able to view your device(s) status. 

'Device(s) Meeting Goal' = Good standing | 40 hours or more of streaming during business hours 

'Device(s) At Risk' = Bad standing | Less than 40 hours of streaming during business hours (this is where the charge(s) is coming from)

To get devices back in good standing, ensure your device is actively playing on your TV during your business hours. If you are seeing content but your dashboard reports your device is at risk, reset your wifi on your device as you could be watching cached content. Once you are up and running again we are happy to talk about your bill!


$10 Charge

This is a 'Cord Replacement Fee'. If you called in to replace a HDMI, Ethernet, or Power Cord there is a $10 fee associated that you agreed to at the time of order. However, if you canceled your account and returned your equipment, this fee indicates that a cord was missing in the return we received. 

If you still have the unreturned cord, give us a call for a new return label and we can refund you once received!


$65 Charge

This is a 'Remote Replacement Fee'. If you called in to replace your remote there is a $65 fee associated that you agreed to at the time of order. However, if you canceled your account and returned your equipment, this fee indicates that a remote was missing in the equipment we received. 

If you still have the unreturned remote, give us a call for a new return label and we can refund you once received!


$200 Charge

This is a 'Lost Device Fee'. If you called in to replace stolen equipment there is a $200 fee associated that you agreed to at the time of order. However, if you canceled your account and we did not receive our equipment back, this fee would be charged.

$49.99 Charge

Welcome to Atmosphere TV! This is a 'Sign Up Fee'. You either signed up using our sign up page or spoke to someone on our sales team.
