Help! I’m having an issue with Atmosphere TV not listed here.

Most issues can typically be resolved with a quick device restart. 

To force restart first identify which hardware you're using and follow the steps below:

Apple TV Device

  1. Press and hold both the Menu and Home buttons. 
  2. After holding down both buttons for roughly 5-10 seconds, the white light on the Apple TV box will begin flashing, indicating the device has been reset. 

Atmosphere TV Custom Device

  1. Navigate to the Atmosphere settings screen
  2. Navigate to the Device Info tab
  3. Click the “Restart Now” button


  1. Long press the Settings button on the remote
  2. Click “Device Preferences”
  3. Scroll down and click “Restart” to restart the device
