My streaming device is plugged into the TV but nothing happens.

If your streaming device isn't displaying anything on your TV, follow these steps:

  • Ensure that your device is correctly plugged into the HDMI port, and confirm that your TV is set to the right input (this is the most common issue).
  • Verify that your device is connected to a power source.
  • Check if your TV is displaying the correct HDMI input you connected your device to. You can use your TV remote, typically with an "Input" option, to switch between inputs. Cycle through all inputs if necessary.
