'Please check your credentials' error

This error indicates that either the email, password or both do not match what is in our system.

To access your portal account, you'll need to use the email address used when you signed up for Atmosphere TV. If you don't remember which email you used, please email us with the name and address of your business and we'll look it up for you!

If you're certain the email address is correct, you may need to reset your password. Click the “forgot password” link under the login button to receive an email link to reset! Your new password needs to be at least 7 characters with a number, letter, and special character.
