I lost my remote control, what do I do?

Don’t panic. We've got a few options. 

Atmosphere TV Custom Device

• We can ship a replacement directly to your business at the cost of $65 per remote.
• Please contact us at help@atmosphere.tv for a replacement

If your remote was stolen you can create a claim with your insurance company to reimburse the cost.

Apple TV Device-Specific 

• You can purchase your own replacement, Apple TV Siri Remote (3rd Generation, model # A2854). Remotes can be bought on Apple or Amazon (off brand remote will not be compatible). 
• iPhones have a remote option built into the Control Center.  You can learn how to set this up here.
