How often will my digital signage play?

Frequency & Rotation

To fully capitalize on the benefits of this feature, it’s important to understand how your digital signage content will play in each ad break.

• With one campaign running: Your ad will appear in every other ad break (roughly every 8-10 minutes). We limit your campaign from showing in every break to avoid repetition, which can reduce audience engagement.

• If you have two or more campaigns running: One of your campaigns will play during each ad break (every 4-5 minutes), with campaigns rotating throughout the day, ensuring all your content gets airtime.

The frequency of your ads is unique to each location. To ensure your ad plays once in every break at a given location, you’ll need at least two campaigns running in each.

Tip: To keep your signage fresh and engaging, we recommend creating at least two different pieces of digital signage. This allows you to make the most of the digital signage and maintain viewer interest.

Not Seeing Your Signage?

Once Digital Signage has successfully been uploaded and scheduled, it should start playing within the next 10 minutes on the assigned device. If you don't see your signage, confirm the device is selected for the campaign.

If the campaign is active and your location is selected, please try clearing the cache on the device.

On the Apple TV:

• Navigate to 'Settings' tab
• Select 'Device Info'
• Scroll to 'Clear Cache'

On the ATM Custom Device:

• Hold the Settings cog button down
• Select 'Apps' and click into 'Atmosphere'
• Select 'Clear Cache'

Keep an eye on your screen, and reach out to us if your signage still does not show up within the next 10-15 minutes.
