How do I schedule my content?

Have you ever wanted to play certain channels at specific times of day, depending on your clientele crowd? Well, now you can! 

We have two scheduler options: Pre-curated schedules or create your own!  

Pre-curated

Want a quick, professionally programmed mix? Our preset schedules are perfect for setting a specific "vibe" like "Wine & Dine" or "Family Fun."

  • Choose a Preset Schedule:
  • Browse the Curated Schedules and select a vibe you like.
  • Review the Content: Click 'View Details' to see exactly which channels play at which times.
  • Apply the Schedule: If it looks good, click "Add" to select this schedule.
  • Select Locations: Choose the specific locations or devices where this schedule should play.

Create Your Own

Build a unique schedule that perfectly matches your business hours and customer flow.

  1. Start Building: Under 'Custom Schedule,' click 'Create Your Own.'
  2. Name It: Give your new schedule a memorable name.
  3. Set Locations: Click 'Add +' to assign the appropriate Locations and Devices.
  4. Set a Default: Select a Default Channel. This channel will fill any blank spots in your schedule automatically.
    • Note: You can use a maximum of 5 unique channels (including your default), but you can mix and repeat them as many times as you like throughout the day.
  5. Add Channels: Click 'Add Channels +' and start building your day:
    • Drag and drop your desired channels into the time slots.
    • Adjust Duration: Hover over the bottom of a channel slot until a black arrow appears, then click and drag to shorten or extend the time in 30-minute increments.
  6. Save Your Schedule:
    • Click "Done" (bottom right) when you finish arranging the channels.
    • The "Create Schedule" button at the top will become active. Click it to save your work!
  7. Success! You will receive a "Schedule Created" confirmation message.


Keep in mind that schedules can take up to 24 hours to reflect on your TV screen.


**PLEASE NOTE: Schedules play at the venue's local time  

 

Remove a Schedule

  • Click the “Content” tab at the top of your dashboard.
  • If using a Curated Schedule, select “View Details”. For a Custom Schedule, click “Custom Schedule” and choose the relevant schedule.
  • Click “Edit” next to “Locations & Devices”.
  • In the new window, expand the dropdown next to your account name and uncheck the devices to remove.
  • Click “Done” to save your changes.
