You can locate the MAC addresses for your devices in two places, from the customer portal or the device directly.
Atmosphere TV Customer Portal
- Login to your customer portal dashboard at admin.atmosphere.tv.
- Navigate to the “Venues” tab at the top of the page.
- Select the devices tab.
- The Wi-Fi MAC address will be under the labeled column.
At this time, Ethernet MAC address is not available in the customer portal.
Apple TV Device
Wi-Fi
- From the Atmosphere app home screen, navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down and select “Device Info”.
- MAC address will be one of the options listed.
Ethernet
To find the Ethernet MAC address we will need to navigate to the Apple TV’s native settings. Be sure your Ethernet cable is already plugged into the back of the device.
- From the Atmosphere app home screen, navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down and select “Network”
- Scroll down and select “Change Network - Open Apple TV Settings”
- Select “General” then “About”
- You will see “Ethernet Address” as one of the options listed.
Atmosphere TV Custom Device
