You can locate the MAC addresses for your devices from the customer portal or the device settings directly.
Atmosphere TV Customer Portal
- Login to your customer portal dashboard at admin.atmosphere.tv.
- Navigate to the 'Venues' tab at the top of the page.
- Select the 'Devices' tab.
- Click the device and a side panel will pop up.
- Toggle from the 'Details' tab to the 'Troubleshooting' tab and you'll see the WiFi and ethernet MAC addresses.
Apple TV Device Settings
WiFi
- From the Atmosphere app home screen, navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down and select “Device Info”.
- MAC address will be one of the options listed.
Ethernet
To find the Ethernet MAC address we will need to navigate to the Apple TV’s native settings. Be sure your Ethernet cable is already plugged into the back of the device.
- From the Atmosphere app home screen, navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down and select “Network”
- Scroll down and select “Change Network - Open Apple TV Settings”
- Select “General” then “About”
- You will see “Ethernet Address” as one of the options listed.
Custom Android Device Settings
WiFi/Ethernet
- From the Atmosphere app home screen, navigate to the “Settings” tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down and select “Network/Wifi”.
- Both ethernet and WiFi MAC addresses will be listed.
