Atmosphere TV is not responsible for matrix installs, we will help but you may need the assistance of an AV professional.
To get your system up and running, you'll need the following equipment:
- HDMI cable
- Component converter
- Component cable
Follow these steps for setup:
- Find an available input on the matrix.
- Connect one end of the component cable to the open input.
- Plug the other end of the component cable into the output of the component converter.
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the input of the component converter.
- Attach the other end of the HDMI cable to your streaming device.
- On the matrix system control panel, select the input that corresponds to your streaming device and choose the TV where you want to view Atmosphere TV.
If you encounter an HDCP error, it's possible that you may need a DVI device to resolve the issue. This device should be placed between the HDMI cable and the streaming device, with the HDMI cable connected to the DVI device and the DVI device cable connected to the streaming device. Additionally, for HDCP error troubleshooting, consider reaching out to the manufacturer for further assistance.
