How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry to see you go, but if you do need to cancel your account with us you can do so in two ways:

  1. Log in to your Online Dashboard.
  2. Click on your initials at the top right corner.
  3. Select ‘Settings’, and navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab. 
    At the bottom, you'll see a link to cancel your account.
  4. You will be redirected to our Support Center to create a ticket for your cancelation request.  Fill out the form with the information of the business you are referencing. (feel free to start with this step)Screenshot 2024-04-11 at 11.38.21 AM
  5. This creates a ticket for our Client Success team. Look out for a call or reply! 



If you're unsure of your login credentials, you may reach out to your Client Success team by calling (512) 675-1080.

**PLEASE NOTE: If we had provided you with a streaming device, we cannot fully close your account until the device is returned to us. We will provide a pre-paid return label upon confirmation of your shipping address. There is a $200 charge for devices that are not returned within 30 days of receiving the return label.**
