Login to Dashboard: Login to your Dashboard at www.atmosphere.tv/login (forgot password if credentials are unknown). If you need access to your Dashboard, reach out to our team or the primary account owner to be invited.
Technical Issues? If you are canceling due to hardware or streaming trouble, please email help@atmosphere.tv. Most technical issues can be resolved remotely in minutes!
Cancellation Process
If you’ve decided to move forward with cancellation, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Click here to fill out the Cancellation Form.

Provide Details: Include your name, email, business name, and the reason for your cancellation.

Wait for Follow-up: Our Customer Success team will review your request and reach out within 1–2 business days to finalize the next steps.
Important: Returning Your Equipment
If we provided you with a streaming device, please take note of the return policy to avoid unnecessary fees:

Pre-paid Label: We will provide a UPS pre-paid shipping label via email once your cancellation is processed.

What to Return: Please pack the provided streaming device, power cord, and remote.

The 30-Day Window: To avoid a $200 non-return fee, equipment must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of you receiving the return label.
