Why does my TV turn on automatically?

Atmosphere Custom Devices have an exclusive 'Zero Touch' feature that automatically turns on the TV to Atmosphere channels an hour before you're set to open.

Zero Touch Play (ZTP) is a product feature intended to eliminate the task of turning on your TV and finding something to watch for your customers at the start of a business day.

With Zero Touch Play:

  • Your TV will turn on in correspondence with your business morning hours (no remote needed). For 24/7 businesses, the device will turn your TV on at 6am.
  • After the TV is turned on, it will display the last channel you were streaming or follow the schedule you have set to the device.
  • You'll never have to worry about a blank TV and nothing playing on your TV, and one less thing your staff has to worry about in the morning.
  • You should achieve the minimum streaming hours to keep Atmosphere free of charge without having to manage the platform.
