# What is LaunchBoard and how do I add my brand?

LaunchBoard is your one-stop shop for creating digital signage unique to your business. Add your brand once, with your logo, colors and photos, and LaunchBoard applies it to every template, so each promotion you create already looks like yours.

Setup takes less than a minute.

 

### Add your brand from your website

1\. Log in to the Online Dashboard.  
2\. Open the **Digital Signage** section and click **Create Campaign**  
3\. You'll see a new section to Add your brand under the template tab.   
4\. Enter your website's address, for example \`yourwebsite.com\`.  
5\. Click \*\*Fetch brand\*\*.

LaunchBoard scans your website for your logo, colors and photos. A progress bar shows each step. When it finishes, your templates appear with your brand already applied.

 

### No website? Add your brand manually

1\. On the brand setup screen, click **No website? Create your brand manually**  
2\. Add any of these:  
   - your brand name  
   - your logo  
   - up to four colors: primary, secondary, accent and surface  
   - up to 12 photos  
3\. Click **Save brand**

You only need one of these to save. You can add the rest later.

 

### Change your logo or colors

Your brand card sits at the top of the templates page.

\- Logo: Click your logo and pick a new image from your media library.  
\- Colors: Click a color to change it. Your template previews update right away.

Your brand colors also show up as quick picks on every color field while you customize a template.

### Use more than one brand

If you run more than one brand, click your brand's name on the brand card and choose **Add brand**. To switch brands, click the name and pick another one.

### Delete a brand

Click the \*\*×\*\* on the brand card, then Delete brand. Templates stop using that brand's logo, colors and photos. Promotions you've already published don't change.

### Who can manage brands?

Owners and marketers can add, edit and delete brands. Managers can add and edit brands but can't delete them. Members can view brands but can't change them.
