Digital Signage Boost is a paid subscription feature that enhances your content loops by doubling the number of ad plays on your screens. Instead of displaying a single piece of digital signage every five minutes, with Digital Signage Boost, your ads will appear twice as often — meaning two ads will play within the same timeframe. This allows you to maximize the usage of your screens and increase daily ad exposure, giving you more control over what’s shown in your business.
How Does It Work?
Once you’ve subscribed to Digital Signage Boost, the change takes effect immediately, requiring no further action on your part. Your content loop will automatically reflect the increase in ad plays, effectively doubling your advertising capacity.
How to Make the Most of Digital Signage Boost
To fully capitalize on the benefits of this feature, it’s important to understand how your digital signage content will play in each ad break.

If you have one campaign running: Your ad will show during every ad break, approximately every 5 minutes. This provides high visibility and ensures that your message is frequently seen by your audience.

If you have two or more campaigns running: With Digital Signage Boost, two ads will play in each ad break. Your ads will rotate, so each piece of content you create will play twice as often, maximizing exposure for each of your campaigns.
Recommendation: To keep your content fresh and engaging, we recommend creating at least two different pieces of digital signage to take full advantage of the increased ad slots.
⚡ How Do I Upgrade to Digital Signage Boost? ⚡
Login to your account. Then go to the 'Billing and Settings' icon in the top right corner (looks like a gear).
Below your 'General Settings' info, you'll see a 'Subscriptions' section where you can select 'Add Digital Signage Boost'.
*Note: only portal users labeled as "owner" can upgrade the account from here.
Canceling Digital Signage Boost
Digital signage boost can be canceled at any time, and if you decide to cancel your subscription, don’t worry — the benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, so you can still take advantage of the doubled ad plays for the remainder of the period.
