Remote Pairing
Please keep in mind that there will be a red light on the remote to indicate that it has power. If you don't see a light, you may need to change the batteries or confirm they're in properly. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries.

  1. Position: Make sure the remote is directly pointing at the blue light on the front of the device. If this works, skip to step 3.
  2. Pairing: Hold the "OK" and "Volume DOWN" button simultaneously until the red light keeps blinking repeatedly for a minute.
  3. Bluetooth re-pair: Then click on Settings > Remote Control > and then follow the pairing steps to reconnect the bluetooth connection. Now you can use your remote freely, regardless of the blue light's position.
  4. Reset: Remove the batteries in the remote and put them back to turn the remote off and on and retry pairing.
  5. Power Cycle: Unplug the power cable from the back of the device and plug it back in. Then retry pairing.
  6. Repeat: Continue these steps until successful or let us know if you are unsuccessful.
