Sign in to your Atmosphere TV account

You can access Atmosphere TV from your Online Dashboard or the Atmosphere Business Manager app. This article covers signing in, troubleshooting login problems, and resetting your password.

About your Atmosphere TV account

Your Atmosphere TV account gives you one set of credentials to manage your business across two places:

  • The Online Dashboard (web) is where you handle the bigger account tasks: adding and removing employees, updating business information, viewing billing, uploading digital signage, and more.
  • Atmosphere Business Manager app lets you manage your account on the go from your phone or tablet, using the same login as the Dashboard.

The same email address and password work for both.

Before you begin

You'll need an active Atmosphere TV account. If you just signed up, check your inbox for a verification email. You'll need to verify your account before you can sign in for the first time.

Not sure if you already have an account? If your business already uses Atmosphere TV, check with your owner, business manager, or IT lead. They manage the account and can add you as an employee directly from the Online Dashboard or App. Once they do, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your password.

If you're the account owner (or you're not sure who manages it), email help@atmosphere.tv with your business name and address and we'll look it up for you.

Option 1: Sign in from the Online Dashboard

  1. Go to admin.atmosphere.tv/login
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for Atmosphere TV.
  3. Enter your password and select Sign in.

Once you're in, you can add or remove employees, update your business information, view billing, upload digital signage, and manage the rest of your account.

Option 2: Sign in using the Atmosphere Business Manager App

  1. Download Atmosphere Digital Manager from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Open the app and tap Sign in.
  3. Enter the same email address and password you use for the Online Dashboard, then tap Sign in.

Use the same credentials for both. there's no separate mobile account to create.


Troubleshoot sign-in issues

"Please check your credentials" error

This message means the email, the password, or both don't match what we have on file. A few things to check:

  • Confirm the email. Use the email address you signed up with. If you're not sure which one that is, email help@atmosphere.tv with your business name and address and we'll look it up.
  • Reset your password. If you're certain the email is right, the password is the likely culprit. reset it using the steps below.
  • Watch for typos. Caps Lock, extra spaces from autofill, and similar-looking characters (0 vs. O, 1 vs. l) are common causes.

You didn't get the verification email

After signing up, you should receive a verification email within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email help@atmosphere.tv and we'll help you verify your account.

You can sign in on the web but not the mobile app (or vice versa)

The Online Dashboard and Atmosphere app share the same credentials, so if one works and the other doesn't, the issue is almost always a typo or an outdated app. Update Atmosphere Business Manager to the latest version and try again.

Reset your password

  1. Go to admin.atmosphere.tv/login
  2. Click the Forgot password? link below the Sign in button.
  3. Enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
  4. Open the email and follow the link to create a new password.

Password requirements: at least 7 characters, including a letter, a number, and a special character.

Once your password is reset, use it for both the Online Dashboard and the Atmosphere Business Manager mobile app.
