To make sure your device is on the most recent software, an update may improve your streaming experience.
Please follow these steps below to perform a Software Update for your Apple device:
- Go to the Atmosphere Main menu by hitting the back arrow button (or the "menu" button) a few times.
- At the top you will see: Home, Custom Playlist, Settings and Search.
- Click "Settings"
- On the left you will see & click "Network"
- On the list on the right you will see & click "OPEN APPLE TV SETTINGS" at the bottom
- A different page will pop up, select "Open"
- You will now be in the device "Settings"
- On this list, towards the bottom you will see & click "System"
- Click "Software Updates"
- Click "Update Software"
- A message appears, select "Download and Install"
- Let it run the update. You will see several loading screens during the update.
Just to note, this process can take up to an hour. (If you see a screensaver, your device is still in the process of updating). It will reboot when the update is complete. Once complete, select your channel and resume streaming.
