As part of your subscription, we will provide you with an enterprise-grade Apple TV that has our app already downloaded and provisioned for your business. All you'll need to do is complete a few simple setup instructions (included with your device or found online here) and start streaming; no login needed!
We encourage users to use our devices so we can provide the best customer support by remoting into the device to troubleshoot any issues, as well as provide equipment swaps, if necessary.
If you would still prefer to use a personal Apple TV device, a few additional steps will be needed to start streaming:
- Search for Atmosphere TV in the App Store and download it, if you haven't already
- Launch the app and click "Sign In" to be given an activation code
- On a web browser, login to your portal account at atmosphere.tv/login, then click here to enter your code.
