Native sign in
After starting the app, you will be prompted to Sign In or Sign Up. Select the Sign In option
The first prompt is for you to enter your email address. you should enter you email address then select Continue.
You will then be prompted to enter your password. You should enter your password, then select Continue.
If you belong to multiple organizations/venues, you will be prompted to select the organization, followed by the appropriate location (venue).
On success, you will receive be shown the confirmation screen that you have successfully signed in. You just have to select OK on the Start Watching button to go to the home screen.
Native sign up
After starting the app, you will be prompted to Sign In or Sign Up. Select the Sign Up option.
You will then be prompted to select a subscription plan. If you are a home user, select Home... If you are a business user, select Business.
When signing up within the app, the email address used for the account will be pulled from the Roku account setup on the device. You will need to accept the use of your Roku email and select Continue.
Because the app uses the Roku email, you will be asked to enter the password you wish to use for logging in. This is not an existing password, it is what you want your password to be for signing into the app and the portal. After entering the password, you should select Continue.
(Business Only) You are then prompted to enter your business name. After entering it, select Continue.
(Business Only) Next, you will be prompted to enter your address and zip code. After each respective input, you should select Continue.
You are then taken to a data confirmation screen before creating the account. If everything looks good, you should select Confirm or select Edit if the data needs to be changed.
NOTE: We automatically generate the city and state based on the zip code you entered.
