Ahh, technology. Most of the time, we love it. It's amazing. It enables us to do all kinds of neat things. But sometimes, it acts up. Our Product team works tirelessly to make sure these inconvenient incidents are few and far between, but they're not completely unavoidable.
Whenever we recognize that a specific incident is occurring somewhat regularly, we'll be sure to post it in this section. That way, you'll know you're not alone, and you can report it to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with some level of confidence around what the problem is.
As soon as we fix it, we'll let you know. When it makes sense to do so, we'll also write up a handy solution and file it under the Troubleshooting section.
As always, if you're dealing with some sort of technical issue, please help us help you. We'll need a few things:
- Navigate to your Atmosphere home screen (the menu of channels) > Settings > Device Info and take a picture of the screen.
- Basic venue information - venue name, location(s), email associated with your account
- A brief description of the issue you are facing
