You set up your Wi-Fi network settings when you first opened and installed your device. Since then, you've perhaps changed providers or upgraded your internet connection, but you can't update them on your Apple TV device...

IMPORTANT: In order to "receive" the change mentioned above, you'll need to plug your Apple TV into your ethernet directly. Yes, this means you'll need an ethernet cable and access to your router. Hopefully, you don't have to change your settings very often so you can avoid this!
