Nine times out of ten, this is an indicator of an internet connection or bandwidth issue. We advise businesses to have Wi-Fi or internet speeds of at least 20mbps for one device. Otherwise, you risk running into connection issues. You can check your own internet speed at speedtest.net.
If your internet speed is healthy, and you are still experiencing issues, please help us help you. We'll need a few things:
- Navigate to your Atmosphere home screen (the menu of channels) > Settings > Device Info and take a picture of the screen.
- Basic venue information - venue name, location(s), email associated with your account
- A brief description of the issue you are facing
