Nine times out of ten, this is an indicator of an internet connection or bandwidth issue. We advise businesses to have Wi-Fi or internet speeds of at least 20mbps for one device. Otherwise, you risk running into connection issues. You can check your own internet speed in the settings screen.
If your internet speed is healthy, and you are still experiencing issues, please help us help you. We'll need a few things:
- Navigate to your Atmosphere home screen (the menu of channels)
- Scroll to the bottom of ALL of our amazing channels
- Select the Setting button
- Scroll to the "Network Info" then select
- scroll to the "Speed Test" then select run
- remember that number/Connection speed category
- Need the name of your venue and address
- a solid contact number to call you back at and an ideal time
- email tech nerds at firstname.lastname@example.org.
