If you're planning to stream from your business, you may still use your personal Apple TV device (4th Generation or newer). However, for eligible Business customers, we provide one (1) complimentary device per establishment, depending upon the size, needs, and bandwidth of the venue. If you use your personal device, our ability to help troubleshoot technical issues is limited. In either scenario, you will need to sign up for a Business subscription.
On a Business subscription, we ask that you stream 40 hours per month in order to earn a 100% rebate for the price of the subscription. In other words, it's "play or pay" -- play 40 hours per month (and get it free) or pay for the subscription.
If you have multiple TVs and require multiple devices, we advise using splitters or implementing a matrix system. Using multiple devices simultaneously will eat up bandwidth very quickly, negatively affecting the user experience and load times.
Atmosphere TV is made specifically for use in public brick-and-mortar businesses. Unfortunately, we do not offer it to home-based businesses or consumers at this time.
You can still enjoy CHIVE TV for free by simply downloading the Xumo app available on all streaming devices (except Apple TV) and all smart TVs. CHIVE TV is also available on LG Channels Plus if you own an LG TV. Once you download and open Xumo, simply look for the CHIVE TV channel.
